The Holiday Post
It's a festive one folks.
In the middle of an enjoyable vacation, back home in Tennessee. It's nice to get away from the daily grind of the day-job. Plus it's Christmas, so you know what that means...PRESENTS!
Decent haul this year. The usual books, DVDs, and clothes that I may or may not wear.
Also prior to the holidays, I stocked up on a ton of screenplays so my reading plate overfloweth.
Reading, movie-watching (though I haven't done enough theater-going this holiday season), and stuffing myself silly with food. Ah the holidays...
In somewhat big news, I've entered Family First in 2 screenplay contests: trackingb.com and BlueCat. Fingers crossed on these two. Of course entering those contests has lit a fire under my ass to get the 1st draft of Bet on Blood done. After all, if someone does come a-knockin' (wishful thinking) I'll need to have some more scripts in reserve.
Hope everyone (that is the hypothetical everyone that reads this blog) has/had a happy holiday! See ya in 2008.
